Alumni Spotlight: Rebecca Morton

The Clarion is excited to introduce a new column called “Alumni Spotlight” showcasing graduates from Hawthorne High School. Next up, is HHS alumni Rebecca Morton from the class of 2011.

 

Clarion: How was your High School experience?

Morton: My high school experience was a lot of fun.

 

Clarion: What was your favorite high school memory?

Morton: The usual…hanging out with my friends.

 

Clarion: What are you up to now?

Morton: I work at Capital One Bank and I am a firefighter in Hawthorne.

 

Clarion: Did you play any sports or were you a part of any clubs?

Morton: I was in the snowboarding club.

 

Clarion: Did you end up attending college if so where?

Morton: Yes, I went to Passaic Community College.

 

Clarion: Who was your favorite teacher?

Morton: Mrs. Murphy.

 

Clarion: Did any of your teachers at HHS impact your life in any way?

Morton: All of my teachers impacted my life.
