Alumni Spotlight: John Marsch

The Clarion is excited to introduce a new column called “Alumni Spotlight” showcasing graduates from Hawthorne High School. Next up, is HHS alumni ­­­­­­­­­­John Marsch from the class of 1982.

 

Clarion: How was your High School experience?

Marsch: My high school experience was pretty average.

 

Clarion: What was your favorite high school memory?

Marsch: My favorite high school memory was hanging out with my friends.

 

Clarion: What are you up to now?

Marsch: I am a sales representative for a medium-sized steel company.

 

Clarion: Did you play any sports or were you a part of any clubs?

Marsch: I was a part of the HHS student council.

 

Clarion: Did you end up attending college? If so where?

Marsch: I Attended the DeVry school for electronics

 

Clarion: Who was your favorite teacher?

Marsch: Mr. Appaluccio was my favorite teacher.

 

Clarion: If you had to do high school all over again, what would you do differently?

Marsch: If I had to do high school all over again, I would want to be more active in sports.
