Joan Rivers Dies at 81

The queen of comedy, Joan Rivers, was pronounced dead at 1:17 p.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City on September 4, 2014.  According to The New York Times, her funeral was held on Saturday September 7, 2014 at Temple Emanu- El.  Her funeral was exactly how she was: bold and beautiful.  Now, the question on everyone’s minds is: Will Fashion Police continue without the loss of Joan?  According to CBS News, her daughter Melissa Rivers, has given permission for Fashion Police to continue on.  Sadly, the show will not start its new season until 2015.  CBS has not yet announced who will be taking Joan’s place because Melissa Rivers does not want to give out any further details.   It is going to be extremely hard to find someone who can take Joan’s place on the show.
