Jon “Bones” Jones is the GOAT at UFC 232
December 7, 2018
Jon “Bones” Jones is a professional MMA fighter who fights in the light heavyweight division of the UFC.
His record is 22-1-0, one of the best in MMA history. Though he’s been away for a year, due to legal issues, he still remains one of the best in the world. On December 29, UFC 232 is going to take place. It’ll be Jon’s first fight in over a year since being suspended.
He’s going to be facing Alexander Gustafsson for the second time. It’ll be Gustafsson’s first fight in over a year as well. The last time they fought, UFC 165 (9/21/2013), Jones won by decision, and defended his light heavyweight championship.
The only reason Jon Jones is not the Champion is because of his suspension. After he wins at 232, he’s going to go on and challenge Daniel Cormier, who is the current Light Heavyweight Champion, who Jones has beaten twice in the past UFC 182 (1/3/2015) and UFC 214, (7/29/2016).
