Winter Break has just ended. Now it’s time to start the long 8 week drag to Spring Break. But while you are waiting for that time to come, this is probably a good time to start thinking about places to go on vacation. Unlike Winter Break, Spring Break lasts the entire week along with Good Friday right before. Although airfares are expensive because of the start of Spring Break, it is around Easter as well. But besides that, these are some good and popular places you can go for Spring Break.

Florida: There are many places to go in Florida which are beautiful during this time of year. If you want a cheap vacation, Disney World is not an option. But there are other places to go. Cities like Miami and Tampa are nice places to go if you want to go to the beach. Another popular choice is Sanibel Island. There are many things to do on this beautiful island to last you a week there.

Chicago: Not only is this a good place to go during break, it’s also pretty cheap to get there.  There is a good amount of things to do in Chicago to last you a few days. There’s Lake Michigan, the Chicago Zoo, Navy Pier, Grant Park, the famous Chicago Loop, and many more.

Washington D.C.: There are loads of places to go and things to see in this city. First of all, you could easily get there by driving or taking a three hour train ride. Then you have the opportunity to visit some of the many museums, or go to some of the famous monuments there. But there are other places to go like the Zoo and many other parks within the city. This is a great place to go if you are looking to just go somewhere for a few days.

All these places are great to go to if you are wanting to go on a vacation, or just want to get out of the house for a while. There are definitely many other places to go to. Some places to go to might be really expensive because of the holidays, but if you really need or want to go to these places, they could definitely be worth it.
