Netflix Recommendations

Anyone with Netflix knows the struggle of finding some new TV shows or movies to watch. While you could rewatch your favorite series/movie for the 5th time, it might be time to change it up. The Clarion took some time to research everything Netflix has to offer and give some recommendations on movies and TV shows.
- Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes
- This is a show that was talked about a lot for a couple of weeks. This is a great show to watch if you are interested in crime or learning what goes through a criminal’s head. The show gives a breakdown of what went through Ted Bundy’s head and takes you through the time period of his killings.
- Tidying Up with Marie Kondo
- If you feel that you could use some cleanliness in your life this is the perfect show to watch. The 8 part series shows all the different ways you can tidy up your house. In the show Marie finds a family that needs some help with cleaning and gives them tips and tricks on how to do it.
- Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
- This is a spin off series from the original show Sabrina the Teenage Witch which aired from September 1996 to April 2003. The series follows 16 year old Sabrina Spellman through funny, dark, and sometimes scary adventures.
- The Good Place
- For fans of Parks and Recreation, Friends, and The Office, this is the perfect show for you. If you like silly humor this show has it all. When Eleanor dies and winds up in an afterlife paradise reserved for only the most ethical people, she realizes she’s been mistaken for somebody else.
- Incredibles 2
- The Incredibles 2 was a huge summer hit last year and now you can watch it on Netflix. When Elastigirl gets recruited for a high-profile-crime-fighting mission, Mr. Incredible rakes on his toughest assignment ever: full-time parenting.
- Grey’s Anatomy
- Calling fans of doctor and crime shows this is for you. Intern (and eventually resident) Meredith Grey finds herself caught up in personal and professional passions with fellow doctors at a Seattle hospital.
- Avengers Infinity War
- Want to catch up on some superhero movies? This is for you. Superheros amass to stop intergalactic sociopath Thanos from acquiring a full set of Infinity Stones and wiping out half of all life in the universe.
- Christopher Robin
- Disney fans who remember watching Winnie the Pooh will also remember Christopher Robin. Now a careworn middle-aged man, Christopher Robin goes on a familiar adventure when his old pal Winnie the Pooh, who brings him to the Hundred Acre Woods.
- Dumplin’
- This movie is all about body positivity and proving you can do anything you want to do. To prove a point about measuring up and fitting in, Texas teen Willowdean Dickson enters a local pageant run by her ex-beauty queen mom.
- The Notebook
- For all you classic romance movie lovers The Notebook is officially on Netflix. Two young lovers are torn apart by war and class differences in the 1940’s in this adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’s best-selling novel.
