Being avid consumers of the media, our lives and technology are cluttered with advertisements, notifications, and updates. For 2025, as an aid to help declutter my mind and encourage me to spend less time on my phone, I have turned off notifications for most of the apps on my phone besides Gmail, iMessages, and Snapchat, which are my routes of communication.
