Double Planet System with Rising Star

2020 has been filled with things we never seen before in decades. From start to end, 2020 is projected to end with something that hasn’t been seen in nearly 800 years. This year on December 21, 2020 the two planets Jupiter and Saturn, will align into what has been called “The Great Conjunction.” These two planets have been aligning every 20 years, and when they do, they get extremely close to one another and this is considered rare. However, this year’s conjunction, according to www.cbsnews.com, “is especially rare – the planets haven’t been observed this close together since medieval times, in 1226.” This year’s Great Conjunction will occur the same day as the Winter Solstice. As noted in www.cbsnews.com, the two planets have been projected and recorded to be just 0.1 degrees apart, which is less than the diameter of a full moon. These two planets will create what looks like to be a rare “double planet” effect, won’t that be a sight to see! Keep your eyes open and ready for the 21st of December, and have a good day! 😀
