February is officially here…and with that, comes a slew of events for the students, faculty and staff of Hawthorne High School.

To begin the month, there will be a Senior Homeroom on February 1. During this meeting Project Graduation will be discussed.

On February 2, the Senior Scholarship Applications are due. Make sure to get those applications in on time.

The sophomore class will be doing a candy gram sale which will be going on from the February 8-13.

February 15 is the Italian club’s annual Carnevale, so don’t forget to bring you money to be able to buy the different treats the students will be serving.

February 16-19 the school will be closed due to the mid winter recess.

And finally on February 26 STUCO will be holding their annual blood drive. If you would like to participate you will need to be 16 or over and get a form signed with consent from your parents.
