As the school year winds down, students have already enjoyed several memorable events to kick off June. The month began with the Senior Superstars and Spring Sports Awards on June 1, celebrating the achievements of graduating seniors and student-athletes. On June 2, students enjoyed an early dismissal, followed by Open Mic Night in the band room on June 3, where students showcased their musical and creative talents.
Today, June 4, marks one of the most anticipated events of the year: Senior Prom. Seniors will gather for a night of celebration, memories, and one final opportunity to enjoy time together before graduation season officially begins. The festivities continue tomorrow with the Yearbook Signing Party, giving students the chance to exchange messages and reflect on the friendships and experiences that shaped the school year.
Looking ahead, students will remain busy with both academics and activities. The SATs will take place on June 6, while seniors can look forward to the Senior Trip to Dorney Park on June 8. Student leadership will also take center stage during the STUCO Elections on June 9, followed by Athletic Parent Night on June 10. From June 11–16, students will participate in EMPA testing, an important part of the end-of-year academic schedule.
The month will conclude with celebrations honoring the Class of 2026. Graduation practices are scheduled for June 17 and 18 at 8:00 a.m. The school community will then gather on the evening of June 18 at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate graduates as they receive their diplomas and officially close out their high school journey. With exciting events, important milestones, and lasting memories, June promises to be a month to remember.
