Library Workshops For May 2019

The library workshops for May are all based on the idea of stress relief. The  first workshop of this kind actually starts on the last day of April.

As always the workshops will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday. By participating in any one of the following workshops, students will be able to receive to an admit ticket to attend the therapy dog petting on May 22.

 

April 30 (B): Sew a lavender-scented sachet for portable anxiety relief.

May 1 (C): Sachet sewing continued.

 

May 7 (C): Introduction to biofeedback for stress reduction

May 8 (D): Keep Calm/ Carry On with/ Cheryl Finch.

 

May 14 (D): Library Closed: PARCC Testing

May 15 (A): Library Closed: PARCC Testing

 

May 21 (A): Yoga with Peene.

May 22 (B): Therapy Dog Petting Day (You MUST have an admit ticket to attend!).

 

May 28: No School!

May 29 (B):  Dance your stress away
