Congratulations to the Class of 2012 of Hawthorne High School. The 78th Annual Commencement was held on June 21, 2012 on the Allison N. King Athletic Field. After senior vocalist Kim Meneses sang the National Anthem, National Honor Society President Sarah Farnum-Huelster introduced the class, followed by the Salutatory Address by Sabrina Mohsin and the Valedictory Address by Amanda Hauser. After the awarding of diplomas by Board of Education president Michele Hyams, the cermeony concluded with the Hawthorne High School Alma Mater sung by seniors Valerie Alvarez, Jacqueline Hascup, Sarah Farnum-Huelster and Cecilia Schiavo.
