The bleachers were filled with students, parents, alumni, and staff, all sporting blue and white apparel, in line with the theme that was set by student council. The final score of the game was 41-14, for the Bears, which put the Hawthorne football team’s record at 6-1. In regards to the game, King, Vice President of Student Council, and football player Liam Morrissey stated, “It was a solid effort by the whole team and we carried out the game plan well.”
