HHS Chamber Choir sings for the senior citizens of Hawthorne

On Wednesday, December 14, the Hawthorne High School Chamber Choir took a short field trip to The Hawthorne Ambulance Corp, to sing Christmas carols for a group of senior citizens.

During this time, several people sang along with the chorus; everyone’s faces were filled with smiles and laughter.

The people thoroughly enjoyed the performance, constantly thanking and applauding the group of students.

Club adviser, Miss Kimberly Griffin made a note that, “The HHS chamber choir is a dedicated group of students who meet once a week for at least one hour, and only have ten rehearsals before each concert.”
