Are you upset that the weekend of rest and relaxation is over? Do you feel like Mondays are a true dread that you do not want to deal with? Well, everyone’s perspective of Mondays should change because Mondays are the beginning of a new week. Mondays are a fresh start, to begin something new. If your week before has not been the best, try looking forward to the next week because it will be better! Something is good only if you make it good.

Here are some things to get you through the week with a positive and easy mindset:

1. Listen to your favorite music as you are getting ready for school. Music always makes everything a little better!

2.Have a healthy and delicious breakfast. Healthy food will put you in a good mood I guarantee it!

3.Look forward to simple things. For example, think about the plans you have for the weekend.

4.Do not stress about everything! Everything will work itself out eventually!

5.Take some time for yourself. Treat yourself to something you have wanted even if it is as little as a candy bar!

6.The most important point is to have a positive mindset. Live in the moment and and enjoy time.

 

Have fun and enjoy each day, day by day! Next time you think of a Monday, remember that it is a fresh start to something new.
