Hawthorne High School’s Spring Fling was held in the courtyard on May 24 and was described as a “great and fun night.” The courtyard was nicely decorated with fairy lights, tapestry, and streamers.

The Spring Fling was a fun event involving food, lawn games, a Polaroid photo booth, and music by DJ Dav. There were games such as Kan Jam and Corn Hole. There was a variety of food and snacks including sandwiches, cake, cookies, brownies, chips, and drinks.

Katelyn Moro, Chloe Sena, and Rebecca Dorfman were giving people black and white henna for tickets. There was a raffle by the junior class for some of Mr. Kabrel’s old Rutgers sporting apparel. These were won by Dakota Brantner, Brittany Foley, Darius Simpson, Dan Whalen, Jaydon D’Errico, and Jack Ponticelli.

Overall, this year’s Spring Fling was a success for the junior class and a fun night for everyone.
