The 2017 Back to School Night was held on Thursday, September 28.

The evening began with parents going to their child’s respective grade meeting. During these meetings the class advisors talked about upcoming events and fundraisers happening at Hawthorne High School this school year.

Shortly after, parents and guardians went to their child’s classes, followed their daily schedules, and met with their teachers. While in each class, the parents were informed of the material their children would be learning throughout the year and got to meet their teachers on a more personal level.

After each class the parents and guardians were guided to their next by the National Honor Society students. The evening concluded after 8th period.

The 2017 Back to School Night was a success.
