Every year the graduating class at Hawthorne High School is given the opportunity to apply for many scholarships provided by various generous people and organizations. Submitting and filling out your application forms is very important, as getting one of these scholarships can make a big difference in your future. Past Students have received anywhere from 250 to several thousand dollars in scholarships.

The application dead line is strictly enforced and is on January 7, 2020 at 3 pm. After this deadline no other applications will be accepted. All application forms are online through the high school website in the guidance department section. All applications must be typed and no hand written applications will be accepted.

Students are required to have a teacher recommendation letter in order to be applicable for these scholarships. The teacher must return the form to Mrs. Zakk before the January 7 deadline.

On April 29, 2020 at 7 pm the annual Hawthorne High School Senior Awards night will be held. if you have won scholarship money you will invited to attend Senior Award Night. On this night it will be announced which students have won what scholarships from the many generous donors.
