Northern New Jersey Schools Shut Down
November 4, 2020
As more and more schools in northern New Jersey get shut down, Hawthorne High School students and staff are continuing to do their part in staying safe.
Along with schools getting shut down, sports and after school activities are getting shut down as well. The Clarion interviewed HHS head football coach John Passero and got his input on schools in northern New Jersey getting shut down.
John Passero: “It is a little concerning how many schools are having to go remote due to positive cases. I think we all need to continue to do our part, and remember that Covid-19 is still very dangerous. The more we follow the suggested protocols, the better off we will all be.”
Since New Jersey Covid-19 numbers are going back up, everyone, including Hawthorne High School students and staff, needs to do their part in staying safe and healthy.
