The World According to Shakir: The Food That’s Out There

There are all kinds of food out there today.

They are all different in a good or bad way, depending on what you’re eating. Some people eat organic and healthy food made at home. Others prefer fast food, microwaved food, or just snacks.

Some people eat both good and bad foods.

You know what they say,”you are what you eat,” which is true. Basically there are two health choices to make in life; the healthy lifestyle or the careless unhealthy lifestyle. No one is to judge what choices you make, but you must understand the consequences that come with it.

If you continuously eat junk food, that’s what you are going to become, “junk food.” However, if you eat healthy food, you become a healthy person and you form into a healthy or exceptional appearance.

I’m not saying that you have to be in perfect shape to look good, but it’s better to make the right choices for your own health. There is nothing wrong with eating junk food a little bit, as long as your are burning the calories that you consume.
