Getting a job is not easy, especially for people trying to get one for the first time. A big reason is that most jobs ask for experience, but if you never had a job before, you don’t have any experience to give. And this makes it feel almost impossible to even get started.

Another problem is a lot of people are  applying for either the same jobs or jobs in general. Since everything is online now, it’s very easy to apply to a lot of jobs in a short time. Because of that, employers get hundreds of applications for the same position. This makes it harder for each person to stand out for the position they are applying to. 

Technology also makes things more difficult. Many companies use computer systems to look at resumes before a real person sees them. If your application doesn’t have the right words for the format, it can get rejected right away even if it’s a good fit. Most companies don’t want to hire new workers, but they expect new employers. 

Getting rejected is also a big part of the process now. People can apply to so many different jobs and not hear back or just get rejected. This can be frustrating to most people especially for someone who is trying to get their first job. 

Overall, it’s hard to get a job nowadays because hiring managers expect new workers but don’t want to hire people with no experience. Even though it’s difficult people should keep trying and build new skills: that job will eventually come.
