Tom Brady Wins His 7th Championship Ring

On Sunday, February 7, Super Bowl LV was held between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was an intense matchup between the NFL’s best quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, against the NFL’s best quarterback of all time, Tom Brady. The game ended with a score of 31 for the Buccaneers and 9 for the Chiefs, making Tom Brady the ‘MVP’ for a record 5th time. This is Tom Brady’s first Super Bowl since getting traded to the Buccaneers and even won it. Brady has completed 65.3% of his passes for 2,838 yards and 18 touchdowns to six interceptions in the Super Bowl, compiling a 95.6 passer rating. He’s completed 33 passes for 20-plus yards in the Super Bowl, two of which have gone for touchdowns.
According to ESPN, Tom Brady went to college and played quarterback at the University of Michigan. He wasn’t rated high by professional scouts and dropped all the way to the 199th pick before he was drafted by the New England Patriots. In the end, however, Brady turned out to be one of the best players in the draft. He now holds many records and even wrote his own book.
