Track is one of the most popular winter sports in the world, just behind ice hockey.

Exercise is needed to improve health, and track can help a person develop speed and endurance. Those who play spring and fall sports can use indoor track as a form of training. Track can also help students  get their mind off of things that may be going on at home and also a way of focusing more on their health and grades. New students may also find track as a way to make new friends and receive new opportunities.

 

-Track can be a form of impressing colleges. Colleges love multisport athletes.

-When joining sports there’s always someone extra there for achieving your goals and room for improvement/support.

-Track doesn’t involve competition with others, but instead yourself. You compete to see how far you can push your limits and how much one can believe in himself/herself.  

 

-Sign up for our incoming indoor track team. Take the chance and don’t think twice
