Antonio Brown Dilemma

Antonio Brown, it seems, has not been able to keep a solid relationship with any NFL team since the middle of 2019 after having a falling out with the Raiders and then moving to the Patriots before the 2019 season started.

Brown then moved on to the Tampa Bay Bucs…and Tom Brady. Things were seemingly going ok, until this season the first major incident arrived in the form of Antonio’s three game suspension due to  a fake vaccination card. After the suspension was over the NFL confirmed that Antonio had been vaccinated before he stepped foot back onto the field.

He has been relatively ok until two sundays ago, where despite Mike Evans and OJ Howard trying to convince him to keep the jersey on and stay on the sidelines, he just ran into the tunnel. During the post game interview for coach Arians, he stated that, ¨Antonio Brown is no longer a Buc.¨

This has been an ongoing issue it seems for Antonio, Fans speculate he has CTE due to his hit by Vontaze Burfict during a Steelers/Bengals game during a 2016 wild card game.

As more information comes out Brown says that he was pressured by the Bucs to play with an ankle injury. According to Brown, “He (Arians) then ordered me to get on the field. I said, ‘Coach, I can’t.’ He didn’t call for medical attention. Instead, he shouted at me, ‘YOU’RE DONE!’ while he ran his finger across his throat. Coach was telling me that if I didn’t play hurt, then I was done with the Bucs.”

“Despite the pain, I suited up, the staff injected me with what I know was a powerful and sometimes dangerous painkiller that the NFLPA has warned against using, and I gave it all for my team.”
