Former NFL head coach Brian Flores has filed a class-action lawsuit against 3 NFL teams for alleged discrimination against black head coaches and executives. These teams are the Broncos, Giants and Dolphins…the lawsuit is 58 pages long.

Going back to when Brian Flores was hired he was allegedly incentified to tank by Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and offered 100 thousand dollars per loss. After going on a hot streak of winning games Dolphins GM Chris Grier told Flores that Ross was mad after not being able to draft in a good position.

After being fired during January, Flores allegedly was interviewed by the Giants for their open head coach position. After the interview was over Flores received a series of texts from New England’s head coach Bill Belichick.

Belichick: ¨Sounds like you have landed-congrats.¨

Flores: ¨Did you hear something that I didn’t¨

Belichick: ¨Giants?!?!?!¨

Flores: ¨I interview on Thursday¨¨I think I have a shot at it¨

Belichick: ¨Got it – I heard from Buffalo and NYG that you are their guy. Hope it works out if you want it to!!¨

Flores: ¨That’s definitely what I want! I hope you are right coach. Thank you.¨Coach, are you talking to Brian Flores or Brian Daboll? Just making sure.¨

Belichick: ¨Sorry I f—– this up. I double checked and I misread the text I think they are naming Darboll, I’m sorry about that BB.¨

Flores alleges that on January 27 his interview with the Giants, which satisfies the Rooney rule because he was the first minority candidate to interview in person, was a ¨sham¨ because New York hired Daboll a day later.

Flores says a similar situation had occurred when he was being interviewed for the head coach position for the Denver Broncos. He said that GM John Elway and the other supervisors had come to the interview an hour late and hungover.

Flores has since been interviewed by the New Orleans Saints and the Houston Texans, for the position of head coach.
