On November 14, 2022 Cristiano Ronaldo had an interview with Piers Morgan who is a British Broadcaster in the Uk.

In the interview Ronaldo first talked about how he was betrayed by his club, which is Manchester United. He then went on to explain that they tried (numerous times) to get him out.

Since that short clip of Ronaldo with Piers Morgan was released he has gained major criticism and backlash for stating the truth. The manager of the football club doesn’t want Ronaldo back on the team.

Ronaldo is just frustrated that the club hasn’t moved on since he left 13 years ago, he also stated that they have to improve like other clubs such as Juventus and Real Madrid. Both are former clubs that he played for during his career so far.

Ronaldo even brought up Coach Alex Ferguson who was the coach that he first had and was basically like a father to him. Since his departure from Manchester United Ronaldo stated, there was 0 progress and that they were awful.

Manchester United is a team that is expected to be in the top 3 in the Premier League and ever since, the club has been declining.

Ronaldo even opened up about the passing of one of his twins. His wife Georgina Rodriguez and Ronaldo lost their son that was yet to be born and the baby girl was in the hospital.

Manchester United didn’t believe him that something was going wrong within his family. He even had to speak with the president of the club about why he would have to miss pre-season because of the family situation.
