After everybody’s hopes were falsely uplifted, the Ravens lost the AFC Championship game to the Chiefs.
Taylor Swift and the rest of the Chiefs roster is headed to the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49er’s. This is a rematch of the 2020 Super Bowl with new additions to both lineups.
The Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl for the 4th time in 5 years and the 49er’s are going for their 2nd time in 5 years. The rookie quarterback for the 49er’s Brock Purdy has been putting up sufficient numbers throughout the season, but if they want to win the Super Bowl they can’t rely on Purdy alone.
Christian McCaffrey is the running back for the 49er’s and is the #1 running back in the league, and the Chiefs are ranked #18th in the league for defending run plays. If the game was to be a battle of quarterbacks then surely the Chiefs would win, but the 49er’s have to use all of their elements because of how good the Chiefs can be. Both teams have superstars on offense and defense and they need to utilize them in this game.
Bringing it back to the Chiefs, they are the team that is most likely to win in the Super Bowl, but not all NFL fans want to see that happen. Most people didn’t even want to see them reach the Super Bowl after seeing Taylor Swift on their screen after every play. I feel as if I see her more than I see the football being thrown, and of course the NFL is going to show something that makes them about $330 million dollars more than what they could’ve had.
On the 49er’s, Brock Purdy, the rookie quarterback has been leading his team all season. Making courageous plays and throwing touchdowns left and right, he can’t do it alone though. George Kittle, Christian McCaffrey, and Brandon Aiyuk are all incredible assets to the team and need to be used in order to beat the Chiefs.
On paper, George Kittle and Travis Kelce are the top 2 tight ends in the league making them both threats on the field. Also on paper, Patrick Mahomes has a 65-70% completion rate during the season and Brock Purdy has near a 60% completion, so you cannot compare QBs one on one because of all the other assets the teams have.
If the Chiefs win then everybody that supported anyone else will be disappointed, but if they lose, then everyone can go to sleep happy on February 11.
The Chiefs and Taylor Swift have slithered their way to a Super Bowl: it’s kind of odd how she made the NFl 300 million dollars and they just happened to be in the Super Bowl. They almost got knocked out by the Bills in the playoffs and now they are at the top once again. Brock Purdy is the leagues last chance of success in making sure the Chiefs lose.
Does Mahomes have what it takes to seal another championship win or will the rookie Brock Purdy avenge the team for the 2020 Super Bowl that they lost 31-20?
