As of November 03, 2025 the Denver Broncos are 7-2 and are first in the AFC West. Fox Sports says “The Broncos, based on their updated odds (+1600), have a 5.9% chance of winning the Super Bowl.” Not the best odds, but if they continue to win and get better as the season goes on, the odds can only go up.
The top leading contributors on offense are Bo Nix with 1,976 passing yards, J.K. Dobbins with 695 rushing yards, and Courtland Sutton with 566 receiving yards. On defense Alex Singleton has 70 tackles, 1 sack and 2 TFL. Talanoa Hufanga has 52 tackles, 1 sack and 2 TFL. Brandon Jones also has 50 tackles, 0.5 sacks and 1 TFL, lead the defensive side of the ball.
Before the trade deadline, the Denver Broncos reached out to Miami to speak about the trade status 0f Jaylen Waddles. The trade did not go through due to Miami having a high asking price for Waddles.
The Denver post stated, “Denver never really felt like a team that would play a main-character role in the run-up to the deadline. Turns out, that title went to former Broncos assistant general manager Darren Mougey, now the New York Jets’ general manager. His team traded star cornerback Sauce Gardner to Indianapolis for a pair of first-round picks plus receiver AD Mitchell, then dealt All-Pro defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to Dallas for a first and a second.”
Ironically a previous assistant general manager made blockbuster trades for his new team at the deadline. Will the Broncos be able to continue on this path to success without any new pieces?
Going into week 10 their Safeties Brandon Jones and P.J. Locke, Wide Receiver Marvin Mims Jr and Cornerback Riley Moss are on the injury list and are seen to be nonparticipants in the Broncos week 10 game against the Raiders. The Denver Broncos injury report contains more than these four players, Wil Lutz, Jonathan Cooper, and Nate Adkins are a few more who are on the Injury report.
Are the Broncos able to win without these players? They should be able to still compete at the same level for week 10 and going forward. The Broncos still have more games to play, their schedule consists of the Raiders on November 6, Chiefs on November 16, Commanders on November 30, Raiders again on December 7, Packers on December 14, Jaguars on December 21, Chiefs again on the 25, and finally the Chargers on January 4.
As of now, the Kansas City Chiefs appear to be the biggest threat to the Broncos. The Broncos have beaten the Chiefs before, why wouldn’t they be able to this time? Going into week 10, will they be able to make their record 8-2 and continue their path to glory, or will they lose and hope to rebound in Week 11?
