Wall of Respect
October 19, 2018
The “Week of Respect” took place from October 1-5 2018 all over the world and here, at Hawthorne High School.
One of the many activities that occurred during this important week, was the hanging of a giant poster, which could be found at the start of the senior hallway.
The poster read “RESPECT” in bubble letters with a great deal of space around it. The poster was up for the whole student body and faculty to sign. When it was signed, the person signing it you pledged to respect oneself, fellow students, teachers, and others.
This poster is still up in the hallway so whenever you get the chance stop by the poster and sign it.
