The annual Hawthorne High School spring musical has been announced!

This year the theater department will be performing…. Bye Bye Birdie! This musical was written in 1960 and has a ton of dancing and singing in it. If you want to participate in at least one show while in high school this is the perfect show to join. There is a part for everyone, from minor roles to lead roles. Not only does this show require a huge ensemble, it will also require many helping hands for behind the scenes. If you are interested in joining this year’s show, here are some important dates.

January 3rd: Pit signups

January 9th: Cast and Crew Manager signups

January 22nd-24th: Auditions for the cast

January 28th: 1st Rehearsal

Crew forms will be available in February. All sign-up forms are available in room 224, Mrs. Hackett’s room. If you have any questions, check the drama board in the old cafeteria or see Ms. Griffin in room 213.
