Recent renovations to the HHS private swimming pool, a favorite swimming and sunbathing spot, couldn’t have come at a better time.

The Hawthorne High School private pool nicknamed, “Bear Pool” is an exclusive area for HHS current students and teachers to relax and recuperate from the stress they endure while in classes. Some of the new refurbishments made to the pool deck include a new springboard diving board, new ropes, two new intense slides and an upgrade from a chlorine pool to saltwater pool.

The addition of the two slides has been highly anticipated among many. Along with the additions to the pool, the Hawthorne High School’s swim team will make an astonishing comeback!

Many are thrilled about the enhancements and cannot wait for the warm weather to make its way to Hawthorne High School. All are welcome to the grand opening on June 1 and The Clarion looks forward to hearing feedback from the students of HHS.
