New Bridge Services is a nonprofit organization in New Jersey that is dedicated to their mission and vision. Their mission is to balance to people’s lives through counseling, housing and education. Their vision is to be valued by the community as the preferred trusted partner in strengthening individual and family lives. Through various services they help anyone that comes to them and refuse to turn someone down.
Services
New Bridge has various services and each one is important. Their services include
- Adult and Family Counseling
- Substance abuse treatment
- Addiction recovery
- Play therapy for young children
- School-based prevention programs
- Youth employment and education
- Adult day treatment programs
- Outreach to the elderly
They also provide adult residential services which are vital for struggling adults. They have group homes, supervised apartments, supportive/affordable housing. Included in all of this is case management which helps people strive.
Accreditation: In the state of NJ New Bridge is licensed to offer and provide mental health and addiction services. They are also certified in building special needs housing. This helps in their mission because they do not have to outsource anyone and they can help right away within themselves.
Staff: Every good nonprofit has a dedicated staff and New Bridge is a true showing of this.
Michelle Borden, LCSW, Chief Executive Officer –She is a true born leader and has many years of experience with 23 of them being with New bridge. Being the CEO she is cornerstone and true foundation of the nonprofit.
Marc Mackin, Chief Financial Officer – Being newer to New bridge but not lacking in experience is the only way to sum up Mackin. He joined New Bridge’s team in June of 2023 but has previous experience in Food pantries and Serving on the board of Holy Spirit School which gives affordable housing to over 1,000 families.
David R. Lacouture, MSW, LSW, Chief Administration Officer – Lacouture has been with New bridge since 1985 serving everywhere from a bus driver to overseeing State and county contracts. He is a very vital part of the team making sure everything is in Line and able to function with no issues.
David Moore, Chief Real Estate Officer – Moore is vital to the mission and vision as he manages all housing for New bridge. He see’s that homes are available and people that need them get into them.
Imtiazuddin Siddiqui,MD, Acting Medical Director – Being accredited to helping in mental and physical health New Bridge. With dedication to non-profit’s they knew Siddiqui was the right person for the job.
