Rachel Ambrogio, is a fiance, mother of 2 dogs, and coach She is also a daughter, sibling and an aunt of two and a mentor to look up to. She is surrounded with so much love from everyone because everyone loves to be around her. She is so funny and makes everyone laugh within a matter of seconds. Rachel Ambrogio, who I know as Coach A has had a big impact on my life just by always being there for me. You don’t have to do a lot to be impactful, but always being there for someone is the way she impacted me.

I talk to Coach A once a day because she is my mentor and she needs checking in on too. I know I can go talk to her whenever I need to talk about anything because she is real and always tells me what I need to hear and makes sure I am okay. She is someone I can look up to because she’s done such great things in her life and has gone through so much which brought her to where she is now. She is so strong and caring which is something I want to be when I grow up. I am so glad that I was able to meet her in the most important parts of my life because you need someone to always be there for  you.
