Hi, my name is Melanie Parcells. I am a senior at Hawthorne High School. This is my first time writing for The Clarion. In my years at Hawthorne, I have participated in soccer, track, Spanish club and marching band. I wanted to join this class because I have an interest in writing and want to improve my skills in my last year as a Hawthorne student.
